Contest Rules (Updated 11/15/24

Each week the Stone Mountain Farmers Market LLC will gives away $25 in Market Dollars to a lucky winners for shopping at our Farmer Market only. You can only use on items at the Farmers Market and the Market Dollars must be used during the Farmers Markets date they are awarded for.

The Winner will be named at 6:00 PM on Thursdays, Contestants can Submit entries until 5:30 PM on Thursdays for the 6:00 PM Drawing. Winners must pick up their Market Dollars at the next Farmers Market on the following Wednesday. You have to come to the Farmers Market in person to claim your prize. We will notify winners by email and phone (when phone number is available) on Thursday evenings. The Market Dollars are only Valid for the Market Day they are issued, so you must pick up and spend your Market Dollars on the Wednesday Market that you have been notified you have won.

The method used to determine the winner is done on the website https://www.random.org/. Each Entrant is given a Number that is based on the order in which they entered the Contest. We enter the total number of entries into the random number selection and based on what market it is of the month, we push the randon button that many times and that is the 1st winning number, we repeat the process to determine the 2nd winning number. A contestant can only win once a month, if their number comes up again within a 4 week period, we punch the randon button one more time to determine the winner.

Winners are issued 25 Market Dollars with a shopping value on at the Stone Mountain Farmers Market, located at 5135 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain GA 30083. Winners must use their Market Dollars the day they are picked up as Market Dollars only have a value for that one day. The Market Dollars expire at the end of the Farmers Market on the day that they are issued to the Winners. If a Winner does not pick up their Market Dollars on the following Wednesday after being notified that they have won, the Market Dollars are voided and the Winner forfeits their Market Dollars.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter and live in one of the 50 U.S. States. In addition, by entering the Contest you are giving Stone Mountain Farmers Market LLC the right to use your First Name and City in announcing the Winners of our Weekly Contest, you are agreeing to receive emails, sms messages and other forms of communications from Stone Mountain Farmers Market LLC. We will not use any additional information that you have provided us, nor will we share any of your information with any third parties.
