Market Rules

Market Information
Our Farmers Market is open on Wednesday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM starting May 1st and running through Nov 20th. Vendors can begin their Set-UP at 2:00 PM and should be ready for customers by 3:45 PM. Vendors must move their vehicles to the Parking Lot on the east side of the Church once they have completed setting up their booth.

Licenses & Certification
All Vendors are responsible for knowing and acquiring all required Licenses and/or Certification that are needed to operate their booth at our Farmers Market. Including those required by the Department of Health or Dept of Agriculture.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the sale of goods at farmers markets. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses required for their products and abide by the Health and Safety requirements of their products

Liability Insurance
All Vendors must have their own Liabilty Insurance Coverage and copies must be provided prior to operating at our Farmers Market.

Payments
Vendors will be billed for their Booths Via PayPal. Payments are due no later than 5:00 PM on the Friday prior to the Market Date. If we do not have Payments by 5:00 PM on the Friday prior to the Market Date, we will be unable to include your Business in our Marketing and Advertising Campaigns for Wednesdays Farmers Market.

Refunds
We do not offer Refunds for Booth Space. If you have paid for your Booth and are unable to make it to the Market that week, you can use that Payment to attend a future Market during that Farmers Market Season. When the Season has ended, that Payment will expire and you will not be able to use it in the following Season or any future Farmers Market Seasons.

Booth Information
The booths are 10' x 10'.Vendors are responsible for Canopies,Tables, Chairs and Umbrellas. Free Standing 10' x 10' Canopies with weights to hold them down are acceptable. Tables should have cloths and any Umbrellas should have weights to hold them down also. Product prices should be displayed on signs or banners. If you are using a Generator it must be a quiet one that does not exceed 63 dBA and placed in a well ventilated area. Booths are to be kept neat and clean. No debris of any kind should be left behind the Vendor and entire area should be clean when the Vendor leaves the Market.

Vendor Types
Weeky Vendor - If you need to schedule one week at a time, you should apply as a Weekly Vendor. The cost is $25 Per Week and payment must be made by 5:00 PM on the Friday prior to the Market Date in order to be listed on Wednesdays Advertising and Marketing Information.

Monthly Vendor - The cost is $22.50 Per Week multiplied by the number of weeks in that month. Payments are due prior to attending your first Market Date.

Seasonal Vendor - A Seasonal Vendor plans to attend all of our Market Dates or the remainder of Market Dates. The Cost is $20 Per Week multiplied by the number of Market Dates that are left in the Season. Payments are due prior to attending your first Market Date.

Vendor Selection
The order of priority is Seasonal, Monthly and Weekly. The Market currently has the ability to host 32 Vendors. We will set aside a certian number of booth spaces for each category of Vendor and should the priority Vendors increase, we will do our best to accommodate the lower priority vendors without any disruption. In selecting Vendors, we want to have a wide variety of products to offer visitors.

Conduct
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Vendors must adhere to all Farmers Market policies and directives given by Farmers Market staff. The only music allowed is that which is provided by the Farmers Market. Smoking and Alcohol use by Vendors is prohibited and absolutely no weapons or fireworks are allowed on the premises. Vendors must refrain from engaging in any conduct that may be harmful to the reputation of the Farmers Market or its other vendors.

Termination
Either Party may terminate the agreement with written notice and cause in the case of the Market Management. The Market Management may terminate this Agreement if the Vendor continuously violates any of the rules of the Market. The Vendor may terminate this ageement without cause, with written notice.

Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Market, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to Vendor's participation in the Market.

Amendments and Enforcement
These Rules may be amended by the Farmers Market management at any time. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in suspension or termination of vendor privileges.
